The Center provides also services in the facilitation and preparation of a COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP)

In the Philippines, all local government units (LGUs) from the province, city, and municipality are mandated to formulate its Comprehensive Land Use Plans (CLUPs). It is a reality that LGUs are unable to craft this required document. The Center provides a package of technical and personnel assistance on the whole cycle of CLUP preparation for the benefit of the LGU client.
